COLIN CURRIE RETURNS TO UTAH SYMPHONY IN WORK BY CHRISTOPHER ROUSE

Percussionist Colin Currie will solo in Christopher Rouse’s Alberich Saved this weekend with the Utah Symphony and Thierry Fischer. Also on the program is Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6, Pastoral, and two pieces by Richard Wagner: the Prelude to Act I of Lohengrin and the Ride of the Valkyries from Die Walküre.
