The 10th annual Deer Valley Music Festival gets underway June 29 with the ever popular 1812 Overture, complete with cannons.

The pops heavy summer event will include performances by Steve Martin, Mandy Patinkin and Arturo Sandoval. On the classical side, there will be guest appearances by the Muir Quartet and violinist Simone Porter, as well as an evening of chamber music played by members of the Utah Symphony.
