PARK CITY FILM MUSIC FESTIVAL SHOWCASES FILMS AND A CONCERT

The 2015 Park City Film Music Festival Summer Showcase is in full swing screening a collection of excellent films whose scores won in the “Best Impact of Music in Film” Competition over the years. This is the first in a series of showcases and concerts the Festival plans to present, along with the “Best Impact of Music in Film” Competition that will be held every two years. AUDITIONS FOR WESTMINSTER COMMUNITY CHOIR

Westminster College will hold placement auditions for the Westminster Community Choir (formerly known as the Westminster Chorale) on Aug. 25 from 7-9 p.m. in the rehearsal room of the Jewett Center for the Performing Arts.

The choir, under the direction of r. Christopher Quinn, sings a wide range of works. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. at Westminster College. There will be two concerts in the upcoming 2015-16 season.
